Sardel's Organic Balsamic Vinegar has been produced and perfected over three generations in Modena, Italy, the city that has been making balsamic vinegar for nearly 1000 years. They use a traditional aging process of storing the vinegar in oak barrels, creating a rich, dark color, a distinctive taste with fruity and oak notes, and a rich consistency. Unlike many other balsamic vinegars, this one is made without the use of preservatives or additives, resulting in an organic, high-quality balsamic vinegar.
