Upon receiving your order we will work as swiftly as possible to ship it out to you In most instances, orders typically take 1-2 days to process before shipping unless expedited shipping is specified.
For ground shipments the USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery, depending on location.
We hope you love your purchase from us but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. We try to accommodate our clients where we can in these instances.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products + wellness products). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages + Issues
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to work with you to figure out a solution. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make the situation right.
The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are working on a swifter way to accomplish this in the future.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be immediately refunded to your original payment method from us. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
