To make your holiday season as seamless as possible, we want to be sure that you receive your gifts in time. Please follow the guidelines below for order placements to make sure you you have exactly what you need, when you need it. 

Hanukkah Deadlines: For Delivery By 12/06

Ground Shipping: Order by Thursday 11/30 at 9am EST

2-Day Shipping: Order by Monday 12/04 at 9am EST

Overnight Shipping: Order by Tuesday 12/05 at 9am EST

Firstly, we want to thank you for your purchase from us! We hope you love what you receive.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for all orders shipping to Hawaii and internationally.

Upon receiving your order, we will work as swiftly as possible to ship it out to you. Ground orders typically take 2-4 business days to process. Expedited orders will be processed and shipped out by the next business day.

Returns Online

We hope you love your purchase from us but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. We try to accommodate our clients where we can in these instances.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us at to initiate a return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products + wellness products). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, sale items bought during the holiday extended return period, between November 10th to December 24th, will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damages + Issues

If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to work with you to figure out a solution. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can make the situation right.

When contacting us about a damaged item/package, please share images of both the broken item and the shipping box in your email to us.

The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are working on a swifter way to accomplish this in the future. 

Once received and inspected, if your return is approved you’ll be immediately refunded to your original payment method and will receive an email confirming your return/refund. Please note it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
