Maribel Lieberman, founder and CEO of MarieBelle New York, was born in Honduras and began her entrepreneurial career in the 1990s with Maribel’s Gourmet Cuisine. MarieBelle New York Chocolates now operates boutiques in New York City and Japan, along with a global online store. Photographer Mark Roskams and writer Lavinia Branca Snyder collaborated on the book.
