Her deep knowledge of London’s dining scene led to À Tables London, a curated guide to the city’s must-try restaurants. Laura Jalbert trained in contemporary art before turning to gastronomy, bringing a visual artist’s eye to food styling and photography. Founder of the Franquette supper club, she splits her time between London and Sète, France, infusing the book with both culinary insight and refined visual storytelling.
