GDV's Go-To Infused Waters

In keeping with our theme of wellness this month, We’re sharing some of our favorite infused water recipes, to elevate your beverage choices while detoxing, during the summer, or throughout the year.. Feel free to quench your thirst using these recipes with either still or sparkling water.

Blueberry, Lemon, Ginger & Rosemary

  • 1/2  cup blueberries

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1, 2-inch piece of ginger, peeled + thinly sliced

  • 6 sprigs rosemary


Grapefruit, Cucumber & Mint

  • 1/2 grapefruit, thinly sliced + cut in half

  • 1/2 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 10 mint leaves, torn


Strawberry, Lemon & Basil

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh + sliced or frozen

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 7 large basil leaves, torn


Use 8 cups of water, still or sparkling. Add ice.

 Allow each recipe to infuse for 1 hour before drinking.
