The GDV Margarita
Our founder & creative director, Julia Grayson, has long been famous amongst locals for her refreshingly refined margarita recipe….
1 oz grapefruit juice*
.5 oz lime juice*
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz tequila of your choice
1 oz Bella Cucina savory salt, optional (for the rim)
* freshly squeezed is preferred
The GDV Guacamole
2 ripe avocadoes
1/2 lime, juiced*
1/2 tsp cumin*
1/4 small red onion, diced
Black pepper, pinch
6 cherry tomatoes, diced (optional)
*add more to taste if desired
Halve & Peel Avocados.
Place in Cookut Guacamole Maker and press down
In bottom bowl, add lime juice, onions, salt, pepper and cumin.
Mix together until the desired consistency (we like ours a little artisanal + chunky).
Add diced tomatoes & fresh cilantro to garnish.
Your Guacamole is ready to serve!!
