Cinco de Mayo, a Mexican holiday that many of us delight in celebrating on May 5th, is all the more festive alongside the perfect Margaritas and Chips & Guacamole. We’re here to help you take your Margarita & Guacamole recipes to the next level for the chicest & most delicious fiesta.


The GDV Margarita

Our founder & creative director, Julia Grayson, has long been famous amongst locals for her refreshingly refined margarita recipe….

  • 1 oz grapefruit juice*

  • .5 oz lime juice*

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • 1 oz tequila of your choice

  • 1 oz Bella Cucina savory salt, optional (for the rim)

* freshly squeezed is preferred

The GDV Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocadoes

  • 1/2 lime, juiced*

  • 1/2 tsp cumin*

  • 1/4 small red onion, diced

  • salt, pinch*

  • Black pepper, pinch

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, diced (optional)

  • Coriander (optional)

*add more to taste if desired


Halve & Peel Avocados.

Place in Cookut Guacamole Maker and press down

In bottom bowl, add lime juice, onions, salt, pepper and cumin.

Mix together until the desired consistency (we like ours a little artisanal + chunky).

Add diced tomatoes & fresh cilantro to garnish.

Your Guacamole is ready to serve!!
